Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Salmon with Skin

  • Kosher Salt and Pepper

  • Olive Oil

  • 6-8 Lemon Slices


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.


Step 2

Season salmon with salt and pepper to taste.

Place lemon slices and drizzle olive oil over fish.


Step 3

Place fish skin down on baking sheet.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10 min.


Step 4

Remove foil and lemons, place back in oven for 3 minutes.

Serve with mashed potatoes.
