Emiliya’s Baked Potato

  • 1 Large Potato
  • 1 Tbsp Butter

  • 3 Tbsp Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  • 3 Tbsp Sour Cream

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Scrub the potato and prick several times with a fork.

Step 2

Cook on full power in microwave for 5 min.
Turn over and cook the other side for 5 more min.
Mash the inside a little using a fork.

Step 3

Top the open sides with butter and 2 tbsp of cheese.

Step 4

Put back in the microwave for 1 min. to melt the cheese.
Top with remaining cheese and sour cream.
